General responsibilities of the position :
Owns a valid M2 certified mechanical technician, you will perform the maintenance and repair of aircraft and their components. You will need to correct mechanical, electrical, and avionic defects reported by pilots or team members. You also diagnose problems and troubleshoot, maintain and repair their mechanical components.
Specific responsibilities of position :
Aircraft maintenance:
Performs periodic checks of mechanical systems for commissioning aircraft. Identifies and reports damage, wear and unacceptable conditions. Performs commissioning operations such as filling fuel tanks, oil, nitrogen, oxygen or other. Maintains the interior and exterior of the aircraft and performs the service of lavatories.

Works from continuing airworthiness manuals, original equipment manufacturer (O.E.M) documents, engineering instruction, drawings, sketches, written or verbal instructions. Verifies and confirms that the work performed on the aircraft meets the applicable standards, rules and special engineering instructions. Maintains documentation and technical manuals for aircraft and their facilities. Maintains appropriate registers of various parameters to establish efficient operations with statistical process control.

• Performs and / or monitors ground movements of aircraft or main engine run-ups.
• Performs service on equipment.
• Assists aircraft avionics in performing avionics work.
• May be called to work on several projects.
Qualifications required :

• Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Aircraft Maintenance Techniques or equivalent.
• A valid M2 category aircraft maintenance license
• French / English (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of Boeing systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
