General responsibilities of the position :

Specific responsibilities of position :
• Investigate root cause of selected technical or support problems arising on customer engines and involving controls.
• Drive rapid root cause investigation and resolution of all identified field events and issues on key selected LRUs. Recommend, co-ordinate and implement integrated solutions in collaboration with Programs teams.
• Participate to the Integrated Product Team, communicate field lessons learned and maintain collaborative relationship with engine groups, Engineering and Service Engineering to achieve customer satisfaction
Minimum qualifications required :
• Professional College degree, or other post high school training (two years duration) with minimum of 6 years' experience
Field of studies :
Aeronautics, Avionics, Aeronautical Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Applied Sciences, Electronics Technique
Additional Requirements :
Prior experience with engine accessories is an asset. Ability to communicate, practical experience on accessory rroot cause identification and resolution may be considered as an alternative to full compliance with minimum qualifications specified above.
Additional Information :
Occasionnal travel required to support investigations at supplier.
